Uncharted Academy Events Liability Wavier

Vendor Liability Waiver – for all events hosted by and at Uncharted Academy

By registering for all events host by and at Uncharted Academy, I, the undersigned vendor, acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Assumption of Risk: I understand that participating in this event involves certain risks, including injury, property damage, or other accidents. I accept full responsibility for any such risks.

2. Release of Liability: I release and hold harmless [School Name], its staff, volunteers, and sponsors from any claims, damages, or losses arising from my participation, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

3. Indemnification: I agree to indemnify [School Name] for any claims or damages resulting from my actions or my booth/property during the event.

4. Property Responsibility: I am solely responsible for my equipment, merchandise, and property. The school is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage.

5. Compliance: I will follow all event rules and staff instructions. Failure to comply may result in removal from the event without refund.
