Curriculum Fees:

• Curriculum Fee is $650 for the year, This fee will be invoiced as two separate charges of $325.

  • The first $325 fee will be invoiced on the 1st day of School in July

  • The second $325 fee will be invoiced in November.

• Full-time High School Student Transcript Fee: $100

• Virtual Student Platform Fee is $500 for the year, This fee will be invoiced as two separated charts of $250

  • The first $250 will be invoiced on student's first day

  • The second $250 will be invoiced three months later

• High School Credit Issuing Transcript Fee: $150

4 Day Academic Voyage (Core 4x4) Home Education Drop Off Program:

• Tuition is: $6,050

• Parents/Guardians will be charged 8 payments of: $756.25

• Step Up for Students Unique Abilities or PEP funds (if available) maybe used

5 Day Set Sail for Learning (Fulltime) Home Education Drop Off Program:

• Tuition is: $7,350

• Parents/Guardians will be charged 8 payments of: $918.75

2 Day Hybrid Home Education Program:

• Tuition is: $4,200

• Parents/Guardians will be charged 8 payments of: $525.00

Virtual Home Education Program:

• Tuition is: $3,000

• Parents/Guardians will be charged 8 payments of: $375.00

Evaluation Fee for Students Enrolling in Our Home Education Drop Off Program:

• A $100 evaluation fee is required for all students prior to evaluation. We perform evaluations on students before starting in our home education drop off program in Reading and Math.

• The $100 fee must be paid before the student's schedule evaluation and may be covered by Step Up for Students (Unique Abilities or Pep) if available.

Family Network Membership Fee:

• All families are required to pay an annual Family Network Membership Fee. This fee provides access to shared materials, facility use, special programs, and participation in our network of educator and families.

• This fee must be paid out of pocket and is non-refundable under any circumstances.

  • 1 Student + 2 Parent/Guardian Accounts: $25 per year

  • 2 to 3 Students + 2 Parent/Guardian Accounts: $45 per year

  • 4+ students to 2 Parent/Guardian Accounts: $80 per year

Testing Services Fees:

• 1 testing access period (access is for 90 days): $75 per student

• 3 testing periods during academy year: $150 per student

• Our Testing Based Learning Path solution fee is: $30 / month / student (15% discount for each additional student.

Tutoring Evaluation and Tutoring Fees:

• Evaluation: $100 per student

• Reading Tutoring:

  • $75 / hour / student or $45 / half hour / student

• Math Tutoring:

  • $55 / hour / student or $30 / half hour / student
