General Fees for New Families

Below is a clear breakdown of our fees for the 2026–2027 academic year. This overview is designed to help families understand tuition, registration, and any associated costs as they plan for the year ahead. We’re committed to transparency and are happy to answer any questions along the way.

  • Application Fee = $25/per student

  • Inital Evaluation Fee = $125/per student

  • Curriculum & Materials Fee = $200/quarterly

  • Behavior Management Planning and Support (BCBA) Fee Amount Provided by our Partner

Tuition for New Families

The Core 4×4 Program is our on-campus academic foundation, providing focused, small-group instruction in reading, writing, math, science and social studies. Designed specifically for students with learning differences, this program uses multi-sensory, structured, and immersive methods to ensure every learner is supported at their level. With a consistent four hours, four-day weekly schedule, students receive targeted instruction, individualized interventions, and a stable routine that builds confidence, mastery, and meaningful academic progress.

  • Program Name - Core 4x4 Extended Grades: K-12, Days/Hours: Mon-Thur 9am- 2:10pm

    • Costs:

    • 8 payments = $1,065

    • 4 payments = $2,125

    • 1 payment = $8,500

  • Program Name - Core 4x4 Grades: K-3 Days/Hours: Mon-Thurs 9am-1pm

    • Costs:

    • 8 payments = $900

    • 4 payments = $1,800

    • 1 payment = $7,200

  • Program Name - Hybrid 2 Extended Grades: K-5, Days/Hours: M/W or T/Th 9am-2:10pm

    • Costs:

    • 8 payments = $600

    • 4 payments = $1,200

    • 1 payment = $4,800

  • Additional Fees:

    • Field Trips 

      • All field trip fees and available payment methods will be communicated to parents and guardians in advance of each trip. Each field trip carries its own individual fee, separate from standard tuition and program costs.

    • Friday Enrichment Classes

      • Each Friday Enrichment Course is offered as a standalone experience, with its own unique fee based on the course content and materials. This structure gives families the flexibility to select the courses that best align with their student’s interests and needs.

      • Course names, fees, and additional details for Quarter 1 will be shared closer to the start of the 2026–2027 academic year. We’re excited to share a dynamic lineup of enrichment opportunities as the year approaches.
